RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing

  • Conflict behaviour  the authors' two-dimensional model of conflict resolution consists of two dimensions:
  • Behaviour of an individual who considers the interests of others
  • Behaviour of an individual that ignores the interests and goals of other people and is aimed at protecting one's own interests
  • Competition as a rule, competition manifests itself in the active imposition of a better outcome for you to the other party to the conflict. Sometimes it can be justified, e.g. when a decision will benefit everyone around you, not just one or more individuals, or when the proposed solution is clearly more constructive. Also, competition is often used when there is a lack of time to persuade an opponent and object to his or her arguments. Competition should be used in dangerous, extreme situations when there is no time to persuade the other party and an unresolved issue can have dangerous consequences


  • Accommodation can be manifested in a voluntary or forced refusal to continue the struggle and surrendering one's position in whole or in part.
  • Compromise Often, opponents are ready to partially sacrifice their interests and end the conflict without turning into a full-scale war, where only one will remain, but with huge losses. Thus, there is a willingness to forgive the opponent, to give up some of the original demands, and to partially recognise the opponent's rightness. Compromise is extremely effective when both parties understand that they have approximately equal opportunities and mutually exclusive interests. Or they are satisfied with a partial and possibly temporary solution in the face of the threat of losing everything. Currently, compromise is the most common means of ending conflicts.


  • Avoidance  can also be called problem avoidance, when one of the parties tries to get out of the conflict with minimum actions and damage. It is usually used after unsuccessful attempts to defend one's position. In this case, the conflict remains unresolved, but fades away for some time or forever. Avoidance may be the right and necessary response to a conflict that has dragged on beyond any measure.


  • Cooperation the most constructive and effective behaviour in almost any conflict. Unfortunately, it works only if the opponents are mutually willing and ready to consider the other side not as an enemy to be destroyed by any means, but as an ally to effectively solve the problem for the benefit of both parties.
